About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Civil Engineer to lead the successful construction activities in of our new factories. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of factory construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure all food and governmental regulations and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
• Manage and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Supervise construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.
• Monitor project costs and ensure value engineering.
• Troubleshoot and resolve construction-related issues effectively and efficiently.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and solutions effectively to all levels of management.
• Facilitate collaborative decision-making and problem-solving.
• Champion the construction of a high-quality, efficient, and sustainable factory.
• Explore and implement innovative construction technologies and best practices.
• Ensure the project meets all functional and aesthetic requirements.
