• Job Description:
  

• Install Mechanical & Electrical parts of the elevator starting by lifting the Guide Rails to installing the final stage and its components.
• Inspection for every step in the installation before moving to the next step.
• Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure installations meet safety codes and regulations.
• Conducting site surveys to assess existing conditions and determine installation requirements.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during installation.
• Installing and commissioning new elevator systems according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Programming the elevator and ensuring its efficiency during operation.
• Training maintenance staff and building personnel on the operation and maintenance of elevator systems.
• Following safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to installations and service calls.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in elevator technology.
• Providing technical support and assistance to customers and colleagues as needed.
• Ensure that all safety measures are taken, whether while working in mechanical or electrical installations.
• Ensure that all safety procedures in the elevator are fully functional during emergencies.

• Qualifications:
  

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Proven experience in elevator installation or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of elevator systems and installation techniques.
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software.
