- Coordinate between Projects Sectors and head office
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Suggest new HR strategies
BS degree in Business administration, Human Resources or related field+7 years of Experience Proven work experience as an HR business partnerExperience in Recruitment, OD and Personnel Excellent people management skillsThorough knowledge of labor legislationFull understanding of all HR functions and best practices
