• Having good technical command and knowledge in EHV and HV Power Cables,
• Have good knowledge regarding Cable Accessories.
• Capability to conduct different Electrical tests for EHV/HV cable systems linking power cables earthing cables, cables joint, link box, .. etc) to assure the compete successful of installation process.
• The capability to allocate fault location. 
• Aware about testing relevant International Standards,
• The capability for assuring the quality of executed works to ensure the incoming and outgoing goods are harmonizing the Standard specifications.
• The capability to apply Quality Plan and Procedures.
• Prepare the daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Quality Manager and Project Manager.
• Achieve the highest level of consumer satisfaction along with maintain quality systems and procedures.
• Verify and approve daily inspection reports of finished goods and received materials with standard specification.
• Evaluate, approve and follow-up quality actions related to the non-conformity claims from the inspectors.
• Issue and update changes on Products Data Cards according to customer’s recommendations.
• Establish testing equipment calibration plan, work instruction and test methods for site works/team to conduct tests.
• Establish technical analysis and reports as required by the Quality management system documents.
• Improve and customize, equipment, testing processes and methods.
• Compile and analyze test information to determine process and equipment operating capability and to diagnose malfunctions.
• Support the supervisors and technicians to ensure that the testing processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
