- Organising and attending meetings.
- Using a variety of software packages such as online filing systems.
- Booking transport and accommodation and arranging appointments for staff members.
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries.
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
- Organising induction programmes for new employees.
- Keeping personnel records.
- Friday and Saturday off .
● Experience: Minimum 3 years as an office manager ● Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)● Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)● Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work● Attention to detail and problem solving skills● Excellent written and verbal communication skills● Excellent communication skills in English.● Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
