- Carefully study the project documents (specifications - quantification - contract - drawings - timetable).
- Prepare detailed Shop drawings, layouts, sketches, maps, and graphic representations of mechanical designs using computer-aided design software.
- Prepare the subcontractors’ and clients’ invoices based on the progress report sent by the site engineer.
- Prepare technical material submittals
- Maintaining organized and detailed project records.
- Study and prepare requests for information.
- Manage quantity surveying and pricing.
- Follow up shop drawing approval and material submittal approvals.
- Prepare and follow up the Variation Orders.
- Prepare regular technical reports on project status, delays, and any technical issues.
- Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to select materials that meet project specifications.
Graduated from Mechanical Engineering is a MUSTProficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.Previous experience in HVAC.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
