Administrative Officer

  • Seeing through the application process of grants from beginning to end.
  •  update and draft grant applications, screen applications for eligibility, data entry, and coordination of notification.
  •  Utilize, update, and generate reports in constituent databases.
  •  Update and follow grantmaking procedures while effectively supporting workflows, program evaluation and development.
  •  Provide administrative support in managing the overall grant process with maintaining grant calendars, coordinating meetings and communication with stakeholders, and organizing grant-related documentation.
  •  Assist in maintaining a comprehensive database of grants, including tracking milestones, requirements, and outcomes which helps in effectively managing and reporting on the organization’s grant portfolio.
  •  The candidate may be expected to attend events and meetings outside the office.
  •  Occasional travel might be required based on business needs.

BA degree.expereance from 0 to 3 yearsExperience in NGOs is aplusExcellent writing and speaking skills in English are a plus.Sales and Business Development background are preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skillsV.Good in MS Office.Excellent communication skills.Excellent problem-solving.Excellent time management.Ability to work independently as well as an effective team member.Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build relationships and make deals which required attending meetings, events, and business-related gatherings to build partnerships and networking.
