Software Sales Engineer

  • Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
  • Obtains product market share by working with the sales director to develop product sales strategies.
  • Provides high-level technical expertise in support of pre-sales activities in the assigned market.
  • Assist in the development of responses to customer requests and proposals as required.
  • Conducts research, answers questions, and removes objections that arise in a sales campaign.
  • Assists the Sales Team to develop and implement specific account penetration strategies, produce account specific product and service and sales plans.
  • Completes required pre-sales documentation quickly and accurately.
  • Coordinate with the Projects Manager and sales team in formulating and building up proposal knowledge and customer business requirements.
  • Conduct professional demos and presentations for Clients.
  • Engaging with Sales in the field for meetings and presentations Preparation and consolidation of training materials.
  • Preparing Technical proposals based on clients' RFP.
  • Ability to compile client tender responses on the sales team’s behalf.
  • Prepare and conduct demos for products & offerings.
  • Ability to Demonstrate products & offerings.
  • Full Responsibility for Bid Management.
  • Leading and sharing knowledge with team members. 

5+ years of Sales & Pre-sales experience in software solutions industry.Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or a related field.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Very good in English.Perfect knowledge of MS Office (Especially Microsoft Excel).Excellent communication skills and business writing.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong time management skills.
