Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and communicate a clear project vision aligned with our organizational goals.
- Make critical decisions related to project scope, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Engage with stakeholders, clients, and senior management to ensure project alignment.
Project Management:
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with project managers to drive successful project execution.
- Champion quality assurance processes throughout all project phases.
- Implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
Team Management:
- Lead a large team, including project managers, MEP specialists, and procurement professionals.
- Foster collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth.
- Resolve conflicts promptly and maintain a positive team culture.
Departmental Coordination:
- Work closely with the MEP department to ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Collaborate with procurement to optimize material sourcing and vendor relationships.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
