Accountability:
-The ability to manage the quarry team and distribute daily and monthly tasks to achieve the monthly target of the project.
-Oversee all quarry operations, including drilling, blasting, extraction, crushing..., etc to ensure efficient production as quantity, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
-Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize quarry performance, increase productivity, and reduce costs.
The ability to conduct geological and mining analysis and choose the most suitable extraction method of the required ore.
-Responsible for managing all the site’s daily activities.
Preparing daily, monthly, and annual reports on the various operations of the project.
-Ability to set priorities and organize tasks and meet deadlines 
-Monitor and control quarry inventory, including stockpiles, to meet production targets and customer demands.
-Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
-Collaborate with geologists and engineers to plan quarry layouts, determine extraction methods, and assess the quality of raw materials.
-Preparing purchase orders for the project and submitting them in a timely manner to the competent department and following them up until their implementation to ensure the regularity of the production process.
