Service Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by acting as the liaison between customers and the service center workshop. This role involves handling customer inquiries, preparing estimates for repairs, and coordinating repair processes with technicians and workshop manager. The ideal candidate ensures the smooth operation of service activities, manages customer expectations and ensures a timely and high-quality repair experience.
- Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-off and vehicle pick-up
- Provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings and the advantages of trading in versus fixing their car
- Manage and oversee the dealership’s workflow and schedule
