Business Development Engineer

  1. Increasing the scale of the company's business by searching for new projects.
  2. Market researching, and following up the available tenders in the field of contracting.
  3. Implementing the marketing plan and promoting the company's name and its most important business to obtain new contracts.
  4. Following up on the company's website and update it periodically to match market developments.
  5. Providing possible information about the projects available in the market and submitting periodic reports.
  6. Cooperate with the technical office department in preparing for tender’s registration and preparing technical offers for targeted projects.
  7. following up on the company's relations with the owners of projects under implementation and consultancy offices, verifies their satisfaction with the company's performance, and monitors all complaints and observations and presents them to the direct manager.
  8. Developing and maintaining relationships with other companies.
  9. Participation in negotiations contract terms with clients.
  10. Participation in negotiations to obtain the company's overdue dues according to the contracts.
  11. Representing our company in external meetings and acting as a spokesperson in all events.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required is a must.+10 years of experience in business development or marketing in Contracting & Construction industries or related fields.MBA – PMP certification is a must.Strong network and ability to connect with business owners and decision-makers.Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills in English.
