Responsibilities
- Make daily calls to potential customers to present offers and services.
- Listen to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Create promotional offers and necessary product/service information.
- Follow up with previous and potential customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Maintain and update customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Collect customer feedback on products and services to provide reports to management.
- Present promotional offers for products and services.
- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with customers and respond to their inquiries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service roleProven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phoneGood knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systemsAbility to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospectsExcellent knowledge of EnglishExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCool-tempered and able to handle rejectionOutstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaintsHigh school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
