We are looking for a driven and capable
Project Management Lead to support us with the development of multiple Datacenter projects for one of the top technology clients in the world. This is a client-facing role. You will be responsible for performing more complex aspects of project management including scope, planning, budget, execution, multi-project resource management, and closing of construction projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple engineering and construction projects from inception to completion
- Project Oversight: Oversee all aspects of project management, including scope, planning, budget, execution, resource allocation, and closing of construction projects
- Procurement Management: Prepare, review, and manage RFIs, RFPs, and submittals to ensure comprehensive and competitive project bids
- Risk Management: Develop and maintain a risk register, identifying potential project risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Daily Follow-Ups: Conduct daily follow-ups with project managers to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure project requirements and milestones are met
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
- Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial resources are utilized effectively and projects are completed within budget
- Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, safety regulations, as well as company policies and standards
- Permit Management: Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained and maintained throughout the project lifecycle, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- BIM Coordination: Oversee Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and coordinate with project teams to integrate and manage BIM data effectively, ensuring accurate and efficient project execution
- Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Team Development: Foster team development plans, identify and monitor KPIs, and provide career development plans
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and present detailed project performance reports to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and recommendations
- Utilize project management software and tools to track and document project activities
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 20+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on US construction
- Fluency in English is a must
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and industry best practices
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards
- Proven experience in managing a team of project managers
- Strong knowledge of RFP preparation and management
- Expertise in risk management and maintaining risk registers
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Construction Management
- Earned Value Management experience
- Active membership in PMI, CCMA, or similar association
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification
- Strong background in data center development and construction
- Design, testing, and commissioning experience
