- Coordinate and execute human resource programs including compensation, benefits, and leaves; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and liaising with managers.
- Help in developing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Support in onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires and informing newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
- Assist in the resignation process, including the preparation of employee clearance forms and coordinating with relevant departments.
- Work with external governmental offices such as labor and social insurance offices, ensuring compliance with government rules and regulations.
- Collaborate with the HR team to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work culture.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:From 2-3 years of experience in HR Field.
