- Inspect Contractor(s) completed works are in line with contract requirements.
- Supervision of implementation for (HVAC - FIRE FIGHTING - PLUMBING) at the site as per approved drawings, methods, safety rules, codes, and method of installment.
- Supervise the contractors’ mechanical scope & follow up on work progress and ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and time schedule.
- Prepare technical site visit reports and also required progress update reports
- Coordination with Constructive team members for all ongoing site activities.
- Communicate and update the technical team and management with necessary
information. - Performs other related duties as required and assigned by line Manager.
