SAP HCM Consultant

  Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA HR (focus on HR Controlling, Payroll   Calculations, Time Attendance, Performance & Appraisals, Analysis, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement).
 Converts Data and Migrates from legacy systems (on request).
 Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system    solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document End User Requirements
 Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
 Map end user business requirements, processes and objectives; develops the necessary
 Modifications, to satisfy those needs.
 Design, customize, configure and testing of HR & Payroll modules.
 Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
 Act as liaison with end user for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve
 software problems.
 Document functional designs, test cases and results.
 Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
 


- Bachelor  degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline- 2-3 Years of Experience- Business Administration- Good organization and time management skills- SAP HR & Payroll, business analysis, technical background.-Resident Near New Cairo
