Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume operational hiring needs.
  • Develop and implement efficient hiring processes to streamline mass recruitment and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Assess and monitor staffing levels to support operational needs and optimize resource allocation.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on hiring trends to forecast and address future manpower requirements.
  • Prepare and manage recruitment reports, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate pipeline status metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with recruitment in the operational sector (e.g., retail, FMCG, or Food and Beverage).
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in an operational or mass recruitment environment.
  • Strong understanding of manpower planning, workforce management, and recruitment metrics.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and HRIS systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
