Responsibilities

• Design and establish quality assurance protocols and methodologies to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of quality assurance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of processes and products, ensuring adherence to standards and regulations.
• Identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on projects and deliverables.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and project management, to ensure alignment on quality standards and objectives.
• Utilize data analytics to track quality metrics, generate reports, and present findings to senior management for informed decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback, quality audits, and industry best practices.
• Oversee and coordinate product testing activities, including performance, safety, and durability testing, to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Implement a systematic approach to identify, track, and resolve defects, ensuring timely corrective actions and root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain quality control systems, ensuring processes are in place to monitor and improve quality throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations (ISO, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
