Furniture Showroom Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the furniture showroom, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to attract customers and create an inviting shopping experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the purchasing team for product availability.
  • Analyze sales reports and provide insights to improve showroom performance.
  • Study the features of all products on offer to provide detailed information to customers.
  • Arrange stock in a visually appealing manner while ensuring ease of movement.
  • Conduct sales meetings with clients and develop business relationships.
  • Negotiate prices and payment plans, closing sales effectively.
  • Resolve conflicts among staff to maintain a productive and positive work environment.
  • Achieve sales targets as set by the Direct Sales Department based on monthly forecasts.
  • Document sales and reward employees accordingly.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Interior Design or a related field.3+ years of experience in showroom management.Strong knowledge of design trends, sales strategies, and showroom operations.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proven ability to achieve sales targets.Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage staff and resources effectively.Competitive mindset with a focus on maintaining client satisfaction.Strong customer service and negotiation skills.Ability to lead and inspire a team.
