Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development: Design, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Needs Assessment: Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
Instructional Design: Create engaging and effective learning materials and curricula tailored to various learning styles.
Facilitation: Lead training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at different levels.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback and performance metrics.
Budget Management: Manage the training budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for learning activities.
Collaboration: Partner with department heads to align training programs with organizational goals and performance objectives.
Mentorship and Support: Provide guidance and support to team members and promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
Performance Management System: Oversee and optimize the processes related to evaluating and improving employee performance within the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field - Proven experience in learning and development, with supervisory or leadership experience.- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.- Strong analytical skills for evaluating training effectiveness.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.- Organizational and project management skills.
