- IT First line support (solve daily issues for normal users (Internet, network share, printers, scanners, office application…). (Help Desk)
- Terminate and test UTP cables /Network Passive Network
- Monitor Network Performance
- Manage, support and Install CCTV Systems
- Support & install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the Foundation HQ & Branches
- Maintain an inventory parts for emergency repairs.
- Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
Bachelor degree in IT or any other related field3-year experience as technical supportCCNA / MCSE Certificates
