Responsibilities:
- Responsible for online sales through effective customer communication and innovative digital strategies.
- Manage customer inquiries, provide information about the company's services through online channels,
such as email, website forms or chat support, provide information about shipping services and resolve any issues immediately.
- Searching for potential customers, defining criteria and obtaining accurate information about customers
- Monitoring sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth
- Presenting sales offers and providing information about the services provided by the company
- Working on attracting cases, especially from social media sites
- Ensuring that the company's website is always updated with accurate information about services and prices
- Building strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, providing personal assistance, and ensuring their satisfaction with the company's services
- Increasing sales and dealing with customer requests accurately
- Following up and entering customer information and updating it periodically in the company's databases
- Dealing with customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions to maintain the company's reputation
- Exerting maximum effort to achieve the required sales percentage and facilitate future sales operations
- Keeping records of calls and sales and writing notes to explain customer cases
- Submitting a periodic report to the Sales Manager to show what has been accomplished and what has been postponed with a statement of the reason
- Following up with the customer after the sales stage
- Working closely with internal teams, such as customer service, operations and logistics, to coordinate Sales efforts,
- Meet customer needs and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Contribute to achieving sales and revenue targets by actively engaging with potential customers, converting leads into sales, and maximizing business growth opportunities.
- Maintain a database of current and potential customers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Communicate with current customers to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling of additional services.
