We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis for a one-year contract. The ideal candidate will have a passion for optimizing web content to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility. You will be responsible for executing SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, and working to improve search engine performance across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic
- Optimize website content, including meta tags, images, and landing pages for search engines
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance, including ranking, traffic, and conversions
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO and search engine trends and algorithm changes
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are applied to all content
- Generate reports to track performance and suggest improvements based on data analysis
- Conduct SEO audits to ensure best practices are being followed
- Implement link-building strategies and outreach efforts
3+ years' of technical experienceProven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving search engine rankingsStrong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs)Proficiency in keyword research, SEO audits, and backlink analysisKnowledge of on-page and off-page SEO best practicesExperience with content management systems (CMS), particularly WordPress.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAdditional Information:The position is remote, allowing flexibility in work location.The work schedule will be flexible but subject to the manager's guidelines.
