The Role
A full time Associate in Property Management Consultancy+ focusing on the management of clients in PM Consultancy across the MENA region management and the development of mixed-use assets’ operational and commercial strategies.
Working as the central point of coordination between different teams across the MENA region, putting together strategies from operational to commercial for various asset classes, drafting accurate documents for specific projects and initiatives, and having the ability to work as part of a team and take responsibility for delivery are key elements of the role.
Key Responsibilities
Property Management Consultancy+
In conjunction with the Head of Property Management Consultancy+ maintain the relationship with the clients, develop and implement innovative, comprehensive, and relevant property strategies for mixed-use schemes for various asset classes.
This includes, but not limited to:
Commercial and Retail Strategies
Mobilization & Operational Strategies
Property Set-up Strategy
Financial forecasting & budgeting
Client Management
Cross countries coordination
Additionally, you willbe asked to:
Plan and develop documents depending on the contracts’ scope of work
Coordinate activities with various team members across countries in the ME
Supervise and follow-up delivery of documents from various team members
Establish and maintain relationship with clients and third-party contractors.
Analyze data and develop strategies & tactics for various asset classes
People Management
Understanding the needs of all internal stakeholders through attending regular meetings and maintaining recordsof these meetings as required.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
Knowledge
A sound knowledge of key property management and operational principles
Commercial property knowhow
A good command of financial budgeting and forecasting

Team management and coordination
Excellent experience in analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
Amazing presentation skills
Project management skills,including critical pathdevelopment
Time management skills with the ability to deliver under tight deadline for multiple projects
Experience and Requirements
Mastering the use of Microsoft Office applications i.e. Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent command of English, Arabic would be considered a plus
