IT Projects Coordinator

Job Purpose


Work closely with project team members, stakeholders and help deliver Information technology and software implementation projects efficiently. Develop and communicate project plans, status reports to ensure that deliverables are met on time.


Roles Responsibilities


• Create and maintain project plans, as assigned by IS Projects Manager, while ensuring all projects implementation results conform to the agreed scope of work, project plan and deadlines.

• Prepare projects weekly status reports and report any possible or current blockers and risks.

• Responsible for the effective flow of information between team members and the participants in project activities.

• Follow-up with the project team throughout the project phases and seek relevant stakeholders sign-off for each phase gate, and planned deliverables.

• Act as first line support to applications users, by handling their problems and inquires and direct it to the relevant technical channels, when necessary.

• Ensure the effective preparation and delivery of all projects’ meetings.

• Coordinate relationship between the outsourcing vendors and the internal business users, while tracking the vendor’s deliverables in a timely manner.

• Responsible on maintaining application team library updated with the necessary documentations. • Prepare a step-by-step user guides for applications' users.


Qualification & Requirements:


Education/ Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or business informatics. Professional Certification: CAPM or PMP Certification is a plus.

Work Experience:

• 0-2 Years of Experience in Information Technology and Software Development Projects.

• Solid awareness of Waterfall and Agile Project Management Methodologies.

• Ability to work well with large and diverse teams.

• Ability to work under pressure and prepare detailed reports and documentations.

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for understanding project requirements and explaining these needs to employees and third-party providers.

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
