Administration Officer

Overview


Med Right is a dynamic, fast growing national company working in the field of healthcare and health insurance management. Not long after its foundation, we became one of the leaders in the healthcare Egyptian market.


Responsibilities


1- Assigns work, provides direction to administrative staff and ensures that assigned tasks are completed.

2- Ensures effective and appropriate administrative staff coverage.

3- Monitors the performance of staff. Provides feedback on their performance and conducts performance evaluation.

4- Evaluate housekeeping and security performance and suppliers renewal contract terms

5- Participates in the recruitment and selection of administration staff.

6- Performs a variety of administration duties such as stationary , maintenance & car rent requests

7- Tracks office or program expenditures by recording expenses, alerting the team to budget overruns and unusual expenses and authorizing purchases.

8- Maintains a variety of financial records such as petty cash fund, purchase orders and cheque requisitions. Provides input into budget formulation.

9- Provide support to resolve any problems faced by the administration team.

10- Collects, researches, organizes and summarizes data from a variety of sources and produces reports such as administration status and related reports.

11- Collect purchasing requests on monthly basis and proceed after finance approval

12- Full Responsible for controlling Aramex expenditure , tracking its financial analysis , organize suitable policies to handle it

13- Responsible for creating/ deactivating medical insurance cards on monthly basis

Performs other related duties as required.


Qualifications


· Preferred one year experience in administration field

·Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Commerce and business administration
