On-Hire is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resource Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing a variety of HR functions and supporting the overall HR strategies of our organization. You will act as a point of contact for employees and management, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
- Organize and facilitate onboarding programs for new hires
- Support employee performance management processes including goal setting and performance reviews
- Manage employee relations issues, providing support and guidance to staff
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives
- Provide operational support in other HR projects as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Human Resource Generalist or in a similar role
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
