Key Responsibilities:
• User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, analyze data, and translate findings into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Design Prototypes: Create prototypes to illustrate design concepts and interaction flows, considering user feedback and usability tests.
• Wireframing & Mockups: Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas.
• UI Design: Design engaging user interfaces, ensuring visual cohesion across platforms, including websites and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with Development Team: Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with technical specifications.
• Usability Testing: Conduct and analyze usability tests to refine designs and improve user interaction.
• Stay Updated on UI/UX Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and design techniques to continuously improve design processes.
• Create Design Systems & Guidelines: Develop and maintain UI design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency.

Requirements:• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field (or equivalent experience).• Experience: Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or in a related field, with a portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills.• Tools Proficiency: Expertise in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.• Knowledge of HTML/CSS: Familiarity with front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.• User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze user research, data, and usability testing results to inform design decisions.• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and user needs to stakeholders.• Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.______________Preferred Qualifications:• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.______________Work Environment:• Collaborative, fast-paced, and creative work environment.• Opportunities for growth and continued learning in design practices and technologies.
