Job Role:
The Engagement Manager will lead and support the expansion of IMPETUS STRATEGY’s work across the region through the planning and oversight of projects within the EMEA region, from initial ideation through to completion. Involves the coordination of people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and to scop.
Responsibilities
- Lead business development activities across all portfolio areas, predominantly associated with the preparation of bids and tenders, research activities and maintaining an opportunity pipeline.
- Leading and supporting strategic growth and analysis, capture planning, positioning and teaming, proposal development, and networking/recruitment.
- Developing and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships and identify networking and positioning opportunities for raising both the personal and company profile in the region.
- Overseeing project deliverables and adherence to budget, resourcing and deadlines.
- Assist in project scope and technical feasibility of the project.
- Develop detailed project plans, conduct reviews and amend where necessary.
- Team leadership, allocations, training and support.
- Financial analysis and contract administration to deliver in full and on-time.
- Risk identification and management throughout the lifespan of the project.
Sales and Business Development:

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Master’s degree from a leading institution.
- 8-10 years relevant consulting experience
- Professional Certificates (PMP, BSC, KPIs, CFA.)
