The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Ensure alignment with client needs and company goals. Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Client Communication:
- Act as the main contact for clients, providing regular updates on status and addressing any concerns. Maintain strong relationships to meet expectations.
- Team Leadership:
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, assign tasks, and lead project meetings to update on progress, risks, and troubleshoot issues.
- Solution Implementation:
- Oversee the deployment and customization of software applications, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
- Risk Management:
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Resolve issues to ensure minimal disruption to timelines.
- Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track project performance, prepare status reports, and highlight progress or risks to stakeholders and clients.
- Post-Project Support:
- Provide client training and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
- Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of project tracking tools.
- Certifications in PMP or Agile are a plus.
