The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and leading supply planning agenda including data analysis, forums preparations and demand planning for export.
Responsibilities
- Lead In-house and external Co-packing activities and promotions to be delivered on time in full.
- Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing and Finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.
- Develops and ensures compliance to stock cover policy for finished goods (min/max stock level per SKU)
- Ensures full alignment with factory team on new capacities, new constraints & planned shutdowns
- Accountable for daily production planning following the weekly production plan sing-off
- Timely follow up on new products launches, phase in and phase out milestones, materials availability, and production timeslots
- Control and monitor phase in and phase out projects minimizing the write off costs insuring all the whole team are communicated in case of any potential charges will be incurred during implementation.
- Explore potential high profitable innovations.
- Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
- Support in preparing data and graphs, lead monthly Pre-S&OP (DMR) meeting with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- B.SC Degree of Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in supply chain planning.
- Excel Expert / High understanding of MRP management / High communication mastery
- Good Interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
