We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Traffic Manager to oversee and optimize traffic operations for our limousine company. The Traffic Manager will develop and implement efficient strategies to ensure the timely and safe transportation of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Route Planning:

• Plan and coordinate daily routes and itineraries for the limousine fleet to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time.

Traffic Monitoring:

• Monitor real-time traffic conditions using GPS technology to adjust routes and avoid congestion and delays.

Communication:

• Work closely with chauffeurs and dispatchers to communicate route changes and updates promptly.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with local authorities (traffic control agencies, police departments) to obtain permits and ensure compliance with traffic regulations.

Route Evaluation:

• Conduct regular evaluations of transportation routes and suggest optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Contingency Planning:

• Develop contingency plans and alternative routes to mitigate potential disruptions or emergencies.

Data Analysis:

• Analyze traffic data and generate reports to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Training:

• Train and educate chauffeurs on traffic management best practices, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
