Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Electrical and Mechanical Project Manager with over 7years of experience in construction site management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, leading teams of engineers and technicians, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality electrical and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of electrical and mechanical projects from inception to completion.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
• Oversee the design, installation, and integration of light current systems, networks, and audio-visual projects, including CCTV, fire alarm, and access control systems.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
• Monitor project progress, conduct regular site inspections, and address any issues or risks that arise.
• Prepare and present progress reports, ensuring clear communication with all project stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to guarantee the highest standards of work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
