Annual Procurement Planner (APP)

Responsibilities

  1. Support senior planners in developing an annual procurement plan for specific departments, considering material needs, consumption history, and organizational objectives.
  2. Plan and forecast material needs based on consumption history, ensuring availability and effective allocation of inventory and materials at warehouses.
  3. Collaborate with specific departments to understand their procurement requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  4. Verify the availability of unrestricted stock of materials before issuing new purchase requisitions (PRs).
  5. Coordinate closely with finance and budgeting teams to align procurement plans with financial goals.
  6. Create timely PRs for all requirements, following the normal lead time.
  7. Follow up on purchase requisitions until goods are received in our warehouse.
  8. Monitor and minimize obsolete, slow-moving, and dead stock, providing solutions and proposals to address these issues.



Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree – preferred in Business Administration
  2. 1-2 years of Experience on the same field
  3. Excellent Analytical skills, with a high attention to detail.
  4. Strong computer skills Ms. Office Specially Excel, outlook, Access
  5. Preferred to have ERP (SAP) background.
  6. Familiarity with consumption history analysis and its application in procurement planning.
