Sales Operations Senior Specialist

The Sales Operations Senior Specialist is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the sales process, including financial planning, target management, forecasting, and inventory control. The role involves close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the efficient execution of sales plans and deals, while also maintaining the financial integrity of the sales operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage sales targets, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow to ensure alignment with the company’s financial goals.
  • Participate in the design, implementation, and facilitation of the annual sales and marketing plan.
  • Determine and manage the payment systems for sales operations.
  • Follow up on the execution of deals, ensuring they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales inventory, ensuring availability and reporting discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment of business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and provide reports on sales performance, budgeting, and forecasting to senior management.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes related to sales operations to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in sales operations, financial planning, or related areas.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency in sales and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
