Profil du candidat

BSc or MSc in Accounting or Finance, additional qualification (e.g. CPA or CFA) is a plus.
7-8 years of experience - Excellent command of English language
Excellent analytical skills
Result oriented
Good knowledge of accounting software especially SAP.
Good knowledge on Microsoft suite (Power point, Word…)
Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
Leadership & time management skills
Able to identify risky situations within the context of one's activity and warns the relevant services (HSEQ, Operations)

Activités

Able to build Cash-flow forecast and analyses
Active participation, supporting several projects of the Finance team related with Treasury, Tax, accounting, controlling, procurement and IT projects.
Supervising the digitalization of the Finance organization
Implementation of dashboard and KPI to follow the Finance team project including the designing new operational or financial process.
Active participation to mission to support finance team, ad hoc request/analysis from the Finance Director: Example supporting the accounting year-end process…
Able to provide high quality management presentation in Power point on ad hoc request from the Finance Director
Able to handle communication with both finance shareholders representation related with Finance matters.
Analyze and interpret financial data on ad hoc request from the Finance Director
Perform other financial responsibilities as and when required
Implement the required process of due diligences within my area of responsibilities.
Apply the entire ethical approach and TotalEnergies code of conduct values.
Comply with HSE policies & 12 golden rules.
Has a basic knowledge of HSE issues even though it is not updated regularly.
