About Om Al-Arousa:

Om Al-Arousa is a well-established retail exhibition, now expanding into a full e-commerce platform offering a wide range of products for brides and newlyweds, including clothes, home appliances, furniture, and more. We are looking for a highly experienced Order Fulfillment Manager to join our team and ensure smooth operations from order placement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring efficient coordination between the call center, hub (warehouse), and shipping companies.
• Manage the processing of orders and ensure they are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
• Work closely with the customer service team to resolve any order-related issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners and shipping companies to streamline the fulfillment process.
• Track order performance metrics, analyze bottlenecks, and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure all fulfillment operations comply with company standards, policies, and external regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain management within the e-commerce or retail sector.
• Proven track record of managing fulfillment operations and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and order processing software.
