• Conduct market research to find answers about client’s requirements, habits and trends and keep up with everything new in the labor market necessary to develop services accordingly.
• Building good relationships with customers
• brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns, following up and developing pages and the website, and responding to customer messages according to the company’s field of services (collecting and inventorying messages and requests in a special file for that).
• Assist in marketing activities by collaborating with staff with the aim of initiating and creating strategic marketing initiatives by demonstrating expertise in various fields (content development and optimization, advertising, event planning etc.)
•Planning and implementing initiatives and holding events and promotional campaigns to reach the target audience through Appropriate channels (social media, email, TV, etc.)
• Analyzing the performance and efficiency of campaigns and writing the necessary reports
• Collaborate with professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
• Help analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Visiting customers and companies where they are located to market the company’s services
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent• Age should not exceed 30 years• Proven experience from 1 to 3 years, as a marketing specialist or similar role • Commercial awareness combined with a creative mind• A comprehensive understanding of the elements of marketing (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc.) and market research methods• Proven experience in data analysis and marketing tools• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (such as Dreamweaver)• Good organization skills, ability to set priorities, and attention to detail• Excellent communication and writing skills (content creation)• Full proficiency in using computer programs (Microsoft)• Excellent presentation and communication skills (writing emails in formal and professional formats) in Arabic and English• Field work skills and the ability to travel if necessary• The applicant must be a resident of Greater Cairo
