Quality Assurance Supervisor

Call Center Quality Assurance Supervisor is needed

An idial candidate should have:
*+3 years experience in Quality Assurance including at least 1 year as QA Supervisor
* Process Enhancement Experience
*COPC & Call Center Industry Best practices awareness
*e-commerce previous experience
* Training Experience is a plus
*Lean Six Sigma yellow belt certified candidates are preferred
