Project Control Engineer Opportunity

We are currently looking for a full-time construction Project Control Engineer with a minimum of 5+ years of experience.

Job Responsibilities:

- Reviewing and comprehending project drawings and specifications.

- Developing a detailed baseline schedule, reflecting the entire scope of work, including cost and resource allocation.

- Creating what-If scenarios for the logic assigned to each baseline.

- Updating Schedules periodically.

- Communicating with clients frequently throughout the baseline development process and the periodical updates.

- Preparing delay analysis reports claiming extensions of time.

- Reviewing & Assisting Juniors.

Requirements:

- Willing to commute daily to our office in Nasr City, Cairo, from 2 PM through 11 PM Monday to Friday

- Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required, and familiarity with Microsoft Project is preferred.

- Experience with cost control and managing construction budgets.

- Good command of English (speaking and writing)

- Strong communication skills

- Strong time management and organizational skills.

- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
