• Handle full financial accounting role ex. AR, AP, GL, & FA etc.
• Ensure adequate registration and control over FA.
• Extensive experience in payroll calculation & entries is a must.
• Familiarity of all tax accounting treatments and control.
• Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations.
• Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
• Perform cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
• Responsible for timely monthly financial statements, payments, cash-flow management.
• Working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
• Issue project cost reports for review and approval
• Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
• Ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy.
• Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns
• Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives requirements:
• Degree in Accounting/Finance/auditing.• Good English language (written & spoken)• Professional certificate CMA/ CPA not must but highly regarded.• Min 10-15 years’ experience out of which 3-05 relevant experience in Real estate sector is highly recommended.• Experience in Real estate and/or Agriculture is a must.• Contractor’s experience is highly recommended.• Relevant experience in audit and costing is advantageous.• Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels.• Excellent MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.• Able to work independently and highly ambitious.• Working experience in Microsoft Dynamics is highly regarded.• Familiarity of IFRS and Egyptian accounting standards is a must.• Extensive experience in Fixed Assets treatment and control is a must.
