We are seeking an experienced Facility Project Manager to oversee and supervise one of Mansour Automotive new facilities. The successful candidate will ensure the project’s timely completion while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of the construction process, from planning to completion.
• Coordinate efficiently with multi stakeholders involved in the project to ensure compliance with project timelines and regulations.
• Monitor the progress of construction and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure project success.
• Implement safety protocols and quality assurance measures.
• Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure that all work is completed according to design specifications and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction or Project Manager in large-scale industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
