As an expert in generating organic leads, you will be crucial in expanding our customer base through strategic initiatives and creative approaches
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective organic lead generation strategies using various channels such as Facebook, Tiktok, Social Media Platforms, and Property Finder.
- Identify and research target audiences to understand their needs, behaviors, and preferences.
- Create compelling campaigns and content tailored to attract and convert potential leads into customers.
- Collaborate closely with (sales, leads & admin) teams to ensure lead generation efforts are aligned with sales goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of lead generation organic campaigns, providing regular reports and insights for continuous optimization.
- Stay updated with industry and market trends and best practices in lead generation, continuously proposing and implementing innovative ideas.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Creating listings on the Website, SM accounts, Google Shopping, and any other needed platform.
- Creating and updating listings reports (Daily number of listings, leads, converting rates……..)
- Assist with property listings and client inquiries.
- Conduct investigations into inventory management incidents in order to verify and resolve complaints.
- Confer with other department management and staff to coordinate inventory management activities.
- ( Facebook - SM & marketplace -Dubizzle - Property Finder - WhatsApp ) Knowledge and any other tools.
