Account Manager

  • Client Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to review performance and discuss opportunities.
  • Product knowledge & Client Presentations:
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations, show casing campaign strategies, performance results, and new proposals.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set for assigned accounts.
  • Project Management: 
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or obstacles.
  • Client Deliverables:
  • Review and approve client proposals, reports, and presentations.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality work to clients.
  • Customer Feedback:

Gather and relay customer feedback to the relevant departments to enhance products or services.


 1. Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.2. Experience: Previous experience in  agencies account management, client relations, or marketing roles. preferably 2-5 years of relevant experience.3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and updates to clients and internal teams.4. Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.5. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions.6. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and metrics to assess campaign performance and provide insights.7. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing strategies, tools, and trends, as well as a good understanding of the client’s industry.8. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address client concerns and strategize solutions.9. Tech Savvy: Proficiency with marketing software and CRM systems, as well as familiarity with digital marketing tools.10. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and analytics departments.11. Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
