- Communicate with all GDM sales team and follow up on their requests.

- Follow up with Operations, Quality, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Logistics on all matters related to GDM, including accountability of Monthly forecast and estimated closing.

- Follow up on new projects with supply chain, marketing, planning, logistics, quality, warehouse and conclude tasks including follow up on creating FG codes, BOM, getting specs and form the concerned team members.
|
- Attend GDM review meetings and lead on securing the stock availability for the month and if any issue escalates to your manager.
|
- Meeting deadlines given any task.
|
- Send by email every weekly update on the sales sheet on weekly basis showing the sales progress of the month in value, Tonnage, Pcs per market.
|
- Follow up on customers’ orders, payment collection, and delivery.
- Issue and managing daily requests and reports on Orcle system.
|
- Prepare samples when needed to the sales team.
|
- Other tasks may be assigned to.
|
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related discipline.3- 5 years of experience in similar position preferably in the FMCG sector.Excellent standard of Written and Spoken English.Excellent MS office skills, Focus on Excel analysis.
