- Responsible for providing design review, coordination, technical support, and installation of different infrastructure utilities networks, including:
- Irrigation systems
- Water supply systems
- Fire fighting systems
- Sewage systems
- Water tanks & pump rooms
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and assess them against the project schedule.
- Ensure the availability of adequate quantities of required materials.
- Provide input to the Quantity Surveyor for interim payment applications.
- Ensure work is executed according to contract specifications, approved design drawings, agreed procedures, and method statements.
- Negotiate with clients and consultants to obtain approvals for requested modifications.
- Update drawings to fit newly approved modifications for As-Built drawings.
- Check all installations in the preliminary stage.
- Implement company health, safety, and environment policy.
Experience 5-7 years of work experience in utilities networks and infrastructure. Education Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any relevant field. Experience in North Coast resorts is preferred. Residence Alexandria residence is preferable. Technical Skills: Proficient in integration and software such as AutoCAD. Soft Skills: - Excellent detail-oriented, time management, and organizational skills. - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
