| Receive and review purchase orders, ensuring all information is accurate and complete. |
| Communicate order details to the supply chain team, including production planning, procurement, and logistics. |
| Coordinate with quality assurance to ensure adherence to product specifications and export regulations. |
| Coordinate and monitor export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international regulations. |
| Track order progress and provide timely updates to customers. |
| Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the export process. |
| Follows up on the payment & collection with the finance division |
| Reviewing outer and inner packaging for the products according to the requirements of each country. |
| Prepares the daily, weekly and monthly report for all stakeholders. |
| Develop and maintain the internal system of export department. |
| Provides support for staff in data entry and basic management. |
| Contribute to continuous improvement of export operations by analyzing data and suggesting process enhancements. |
| Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the export process |
Bachelor DegreeExcellent computer skills (MS office & internet)Excellent English & Arabic (Written & Spoken)1-year experience in Export function in Cosmeceutical field.
