Senior Human Resources Specialist

  • Manage and monitor the human resources functions regarding Training, Organizational Development, and Recruitment & Selection.
  • Monitor and revise monthly payroll and preparation of annual increase, and bonus reports.
  • Preparation of resources and cost allocation reports semi-annually.
  • Prepare & implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans, and employee development programs.
  • Prepare job offers as per salary structure.
  • Handle employees’ inquiries and requests.
  • Handling internship process.
  • Conducting exit Interviews on Supervisory/Managerial Level.
  • Preparation of the annual training plan.
  • Preparation of any required reports.
  • Conduct Interviews for new candidates
  • Provides data for Headcount reporting.
  • Monitor, coach & guide the HR Specialist & HR Generalist in the team. Help them to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Assist the HR Director in any other task or duty needed.

 


Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist in Construction field. Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll processFamiliarity with full cycle recruitingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood problem-solving abilitiesTeam management skills
