Director OF Sales

  • Implement and meet budget and revenue targets
  • Develop and implement quarterly and annual sales plans for all segments.
  • Assign sales segments, target groups and sales quotas for Retail, Corporate and distribution channels.
  • Coordinate sales activities with other units or departments
  • Manage the performance and activities of the entire sales units, including Store managers, corporate sales managers, and distribution staff and operations team.
  • Maximizing work relationships with key wholesale and retail partners.
  • Research competitors’ products/services
  • Develop goals and objectives, projects and priorities and assign them to Sales Managers
  • Prepare reports and presentations to update management with sales progress.
  • Maximize value from referral networks and business connections.
  • Evaluate the performance of sales team.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain and buyers annual products plan.
  • Analyzing market trends and opportunities
  • Motivate and encourage Sales teams to achieve the financial goals
  • Contracts negotiation service providers, suppliers, landlords, developers and malls managements.
  • Plans and directs marketing and sales policies, objectives and initiatives.

BSc/BA in Business or a related fieldAbility to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIsProficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plusExcellent communication skillsOrganizational and leadership abilityProblem-solving aptitude
