- Implement and meet budget and revenue targets
- Develop and implement quarterly and annual sales plans for all segments.
- Assign sales segments, target groups and sales quotas for Retail, Corporate and distribution channels.
- Coordinate sales activities with other units or departments
- Manage the performance and activities of the entire sales units, including Store managers, corporate sales managers, and distribution staff and operations team.
- Maximizing work relationships with key wholesale and retail partners.
- Research competitors’ products/services
- Develop goals and objectives, projects and priorities and assign them to Sales Managers
- Prepare reports and presentations to update management with sales progress.
- Maximize value from referral networks and business connections.
- Evaluate the performance of sales team.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and buyers annual products plan.
- Analyzing market trends and opportunities
- Motivate and encourage Sales teams to achieve the financial goals
- Contracts negotiation service providers, suppliers, landlords, developers and malls managements.
- Plans and directs marketing and sales policies, objectives and initiatives.
